1-1, 2-1 Private Training

Are you getting enough touches on the ball during team practices?

Do you need help on developing your technique and foot skills on the ball?

 

Soccer Principles offers 1-1 and 2-1 private training where players can improve and refine their individual ball skills. Sessions can be booked individually or in bulk which allows flexibility as well as consistency. All sessions are carefully designed to make them unique to the players needs and focus on identifying and improving their strengths and weaknesses.

The 1-1 or 2-1 training sessions include the following topics:

​

  • Passing and Receiving.

  • First touch ball control.

  • Aerial ball control.

  • Dribbling.

  • Shooting and Finishing.

  • Strength and Condition Training.

  • Speed, Agility & Quickness (SAQ).
